Mango Mint Matcha Smoothie Bowl

If you’re looking to spruce up your smoothie bowl, matcha is a perfect candidate. Paired with mango and mint, a combination of earthiness, freshness, and tartness enlivens the senses and packs a powerful antioxidant punch.

Mango Mint Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ¼ cup of mint
  • 1 cup favorite granola
  • ¼ cup fresh berries, flaked coconut and/or nut butter

Directions

  1. Add coconut water, frozen bananas, frozen mango, matcha powder, and mint leaves into a high powered blender on medium speed, working your way to high.
  2. Once the mixture is completely smooth and thick, pour into bowl over granola.
  3. Top with favorite fresh fruit, berries, flaked coconut or nut butter.
