If you’re looking to spruce up your smoothie bowl, matcha is a perfect candidate. Paired with mango and mint, a combination of earthiness, freshness, and tartness enlivens the senses and packs a powerful antioxidant punch.

Mango Mint Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Cook time: No cook time required

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ¼ cup of mint

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender on medium speed, working your way to high while working mixture into blade.
  2. Once the mixture is completely smooth and thick, pour into bowl over granola.
  3. Top with favorite fresh fruits, superfoods and nut butter.
