Having a matcha snack-attack? This quick & easy recipe combines just a few ingredients with no cooking required.

Chocolate Matcha Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Tea Forté Chocolate Matcha
  • 1 cup whole, unsalted almonds
  • 1/2 cup packed pitted, roughly chopped dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Place everything in a food processor & pulse until combined (dough should stick together when pressed).
  2. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out batter and roll in your hands until a tight ball is formed. Repeat until all batter has been used.
  3. Store in air-tight container or keep in in refrigerator for a firmer consistency.
Yields: 15-16 energy bites
