Women who consume excessive amounts of caffeine may experience problems with fertility, including increase risk of miscarriage. Only you know for sure how your body reacts when you consume caffeine, so it’s important to keep an eye on how you feel if you begin to drink more black tea than you’re used to.

Drinking caffeinated tea as part of a regular diet shouldn’t have any negative effects as long as you’re responsible about how much you consume.
