Our gourmet blend of caffeine-free rooibos, exotic cardamom, and sweetly fragrant vanilla.
1. Heat water to 208˚F.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass and double the steep time.

This is good, but being a Chai-aholic I miss the strong pekoe tea undertones, caffeine kick and fennel/ginger/lemon first chairs. That being said, it was probably the word Chai that led me to the dark side because I expected something else. As a Winter Solstice name, possibly, I would not have had the same expectations and would have appreciated the lovely flavors of this fine brew.
Winter Chai is smooth, tasty and is a herbal tea, filled with dried herbs, flowers, seeds and a fruit like flavor. Making the tea and seeping the tea in an infuser is calming. The tea lifts my sense of well-being. It doesn’t hurt that I love this tea!
