When the Soleil Collection came out, I was so excited to try the new blends. Both my fiancé and I feel in love with Vanilla Rose and had to buy this loose leaf tea canister immediately. We love how the vanilla and rose hints do not overpower each other. My fiancé usually makes a pot of Orchid Vanilla for himself, but this has become one of his new vanilla favorites!
This tea came in my Soleil Presentation Box and was I ever delighted. I sat on the back deck with the hummingbirds, sipping and smelling this tea. What an exquisite experience. It reminded me that Spring is just around the corner. Subtle flavors combined with a sweet sense of joy.
Tea Forté’s Vanilla Rose white tea blend was a pleasant surprise to sample. The milder backdrop of the white tea provided a perfect canvas for its subtle rose flavor. I particularly appreciated that the vanilla was not at all overpowering. The overall effect was an expertly blended rose floral with hints of vanilla. I’m eager to drink more of this blend as I anticipate the arrival of spring!
I almost gave this 4 stars, just because it wasn't "my cup of tea" (am I the first to use that line?), but then I realized that wasn't fair because this is such a wonderful blend. It is just a little soft for my particular palette, but it is also a beautifully balanced and fragrant blend. The floral notes are definitely there, but it's such a light and easy drinking brew. Maybe that is part of the charm of this blend. This will be my go-to tea for when I am meditating in a grassy field full of flowers.
White tea, vanilla, and rose? I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, thinking that perhaps the vanilla would be overwhelming, and the rose would be too floral. However, what I experienced was delicate perfection - a subtle, light flavor of vanilla, with nuances of rose, which in concert with the soft flavor of white tea leaves, made for an exquisite tea experience.
The Vanilla and Rose flavor is reminiscent of what would be served at tea time with delicious Patisserie. The sweet Vanilla was more aromatic than what I expected it to taste, which I thought was good so it didn’t taste like an actual Vanilla dessert. (Just that it complimented dessert. ) I love the delicate taste and unique combination of flavors.
