About Peach Blossom

Tea Type : White Tea

Think of those moments in late spring when the world is blossoming with warm-weather flowers and sweet fruits from the orchard. Tea Forté's Peach Blossom captures that feeling of possibility, blending pieces of peach and apple with delicate marigold flowers in a lush white tea blend meant for the months approaching the summer solstice. Created especially for the Fleur Collection benefiting The New York Botanical Garden, this blend was inspired by the fruits and flowers of the Garden itself.

White tea is enjoyed around the world and is every bit as elegant as its green, black and herbal counterparts. Made from the youngest leaves of the camellia sinensis plant, white tea is heated by steam, lightly oxidized and dried before being blended with other botanicals. In this blend, the delicate flavor of the tea leaves complements the vibrant natural sweetness of peach and apple pieces, which are visible in the blend itself alongside deep orange marigold petals.

Boasting an abundance of antioxidants and just a touch of caffeine, this white tea blend is soothing for the body and the mind. Heralded for its health-forward flavonoids, white tea is a beloved daily ritual for many — good for both the heart and soul.

I purchased this as a gift along with three other canisters and all were received well, the only concern was the peach canister was less than half full.

      Not my favorite

This one of teas I wanted for it being white and peach. However, the other ingredients get in the way of peach aroma which I love. I do like some mixes but also really enjoy single origin teas- all one tea and pure flavors.

      A little sour

The peach flavor is nice, but I find this one has somewhat sour notes. It is ok but not my favorite.
