1. Heat water to 195˚F.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 2-4 minutes.
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass.
This is a favorite of our entire family. We always ordered it at the ‘bistro’ in our health club, and decided it’s worth having at home, because we like it so much and haven’t found any other low caffeine tea we enjoy as much as this one. We like the flavor from the pyramids better than the loose tea.
