A fruit-forward blend with sweet chocolate and juicy raspberry.
I’d originally received this as an individual infusion and held off sampling because I’m typically not a fan of chocolate, especially in my tea. I love greens and tisanes, and when I do venture into flavored black teas for afternoon indulgence or a unique cocktail mixer, I opt for ones like Carmel Nougat and my beloved Peach Brûlée (you folks at Tea Forte definitely need to stock that one in large bags!!). So... just for the record, I’m now on my fourth canister of Raspberry Ganache... . It’s a lovely true raspberry cocoa blend — not at all cloying or artificial as I had feared. It’s wonderful as a hot cup, brewed and served cold as sweet tea, or done up with a splash of bourbon and sprig of mint. It has earned a permanent place in my tea pantry.
