Delicate white tea melds honeyed pear with the exotic taste of lychee.
1. Heat water to 195˚F.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 2-4 minutes.
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass.
I'm not a sweet tooth but the name of this selection ("dessert selection") is really attractive, so I gave it a shot. I'm very glad I did! This tea is white tea based, so it is definitely not a very strong (bitter-ish) tea. It also has the refreshing aroma of pear and you can definitely taste a hint of lychee. Even people in my family who don't drink tea start to request it during cold winter days. Definitely worth a try!
