Tea Forté Sencha green tea is skillfully steamed, rolled and pan-fired in a wok to create the ultimate cup. The special characteristic of Sencha tea comes from the method used to dry the tea leaves. After the leaves are picked, they are subjected to a period of steaming, then the leaf is withered to reduce the moisture, after which the leaves are rolled into very fine needles. The process is repeated three times. USDA Organic and Kosher Certified, this green tea has half the caffeine of black tea.

I grinded the tea leaves into power and mix with milk, taste very good!
This to me is what green tea should taste like. This tea looks like dried grass, but has a wonderful green tea flavor that is not bitter like other green teas. This is one of my staple teas that I keep at all times.
Once you have tasted Tea Forte's Sencha no other green tea comes close.
I just love the Sencha green tea. It's not bitter at all. I will buy again.
I drink this wonderful tea every day. It has a nice well balanced flavor and is great with a bit of citrus. I don't think I could ever go back to drinking regular green tea after tasting this one.
This is not bad; but, I have had better sencha... It is a little too weak.
This tea has a very inviting taste hot or iced. Mix it with the Cherry Marzipan and ice it for a GREAT summer time tea.
I love Sencha!!! I brew a huge pot, put it in a pitcher and chill it in the fridge. I drink it constantly during the week. It's refreshing and I feel healthier because it's not loaded down with sugar and additives.
