Delicate white tea melds honeyed pear with the exotic taste of lychee.
1. Heat water to 195˚F.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 2-4 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass.
I made the mistake of letting this blend sit too long the first few times I tried it. Once I realized that it wasn't supposed to be bitter, I was able to enjoy a nice hot cup on these winter nights.
