I am a big fan of a variety of black teas, but admittedly English Breakfast is not usually high on my list. Not only is it not a big favorite in terms of flavor, but I can also never seem to brew it without it tasting bitter, no matter how careful I am with temperature and steeping. To be honest, I never would have even tried Tea Forte's English Breakfast tea if not by chance. I was at a hotel breakfast restaurant and it was the 'house' black tea. I'm glad that I decided to try it, because it is a wonderful tea. You can brew it for slightly less time if you want a less robust brew, or steep as usual for the full body. This holds up well to milk and sugar if you enjoy them in your tea. Highly recommend trying this with Tea Forte's rock sugar as your sweetener, it's just perfect.
