Overall, I love this chai. It's very warming and has good flavor. I can taste the pepper, but some of the other chai spices I love aren't as strong as I would like. I do like to mix it with milk, so I brew it extra strong. The one thing I wish it had more of would be cinnamon & clove. In fact, to get the exact flavor I want, I add some cinnamon tea when I brew it. If Tea Forte added cinnamon, clove, & some orange peel to the mix, it would be the perfect blend. Even without those flavors, I would order again!
This Bombay chai I bought on a whim. I don't very much care for Tea Forte's teas with ginger (I find that the ginger over powers and leaves a strong after taste). Once I opened this canister I was so worried I would have to send it back, the ginger almost knocked me out! I was pleasantly surprised. This tea tastes like a delicious cup of fall. I would definitely recommend!
