Tea Type: Oolong tea (Partially oxidized tea)
Considered by many tea drinkers to be among the most complete tea drinking experiences, Oolong presents the perfect balance between green and black teas. Working directly with the growers Tea Forté has procured this lightly-oxidized, warm and woody variety with exceptionally fragrant and floral flavor, presenting richness and intensity. After plucking, the loose leaves were grouped into bamboo baskets carefully fermented and then wilted in the sun. Frequent turning of the tea in the baskets during the drying process allowed for the Oolong to develop a floral aroma with large, wild curly leaves.
- Flavor: fantastically fresh and fragrantly light with the intricacies of spring blossoms, mango and apricot
- Aroma: creamy with beautiful hints of apricot and Osmanthus flowers
- Infusion: vibrant and lighted amber
- Strength: Light-bodied

I find that you either love oolong tea or you just don't. As one tea drinker who loves them, this oolong very gentle, welcoming oolong with none of the sometimes vegetal notes that oolong sometimes possesses. I just had to order it after trying it twice and it will now be a staple in my tea supply!
I love this Oolong tea! I have tried many different types of Oolongs at stores and restaurants but no tea compares to Tea Forte's Formosa Oolong! It is soothing and goes perfect with any meal. I recommend this tea if you enjoy any other types of Oolong's!
