1. Heat water to 208˚F.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass and double the steep time.
This tea is perfect to help me wind down from a stressful day. It actually contains items which scientifically promote relaxation (lemon balm, lavender, & linden...chamomile per the German Monographs isn’t high on the sedation/relaxation list). Will always keep this in stock!
