Rich dark chocolate and cool peppermint: a classic dessert pairing.
1. Heat water to 208˚F.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass and double the steep time.
A fine, gentle combination of mint and a hint of chocolate. For me, it's a good go-to tea for daily drinking. With a few crystals of amber sugar, it's the perfect, lightly sweetened, refreshing tea. Should I want more chocolate flavor, I have some cocoa nibs to add to my brew to enhance that, as well.
