I am obviously not a tea connoisseur since ALL the reviews have given this tea 5 stars. I just wanted to try this one since it’s description sounded like an interesting choice. It was not a good choice for me at all, I tried to force myself to finish up the cup but I just couldn’t. The flavor is too strong, too flowery, I would say it tastes like what orange flowers smell like but, not in a good way. It absolutely reminded me of that orange blossom cologne that one would find in every grandma’s house 30 years ago. Sorry tea Forté and tea enthusiasts who love this tea, but my palate hated it! :(
I have sampled Earl Grey in many places, including London, and this is the best Earl Grey tea I have ever had. It's fantastic, slightly fruity, not bitter but still tastes like a good black tea.
