For some reason, the lids on this particular flavor is nearly impossible to get off. No problem with the other flavors I got. I wish the company would investigate, but I have little confidence that they will. Second mention, no response. Twice this has happened. It's no fluke.
So happy I was able to purchase more of this flavorful Tea! It is now the only flavor I purchase. Great not only hot, but awesome in Iced Chai Lattes & I’ve even started using to brew Kombucha! The best Herbal Chai I’ve ever had. Please don’t stop making this again.
I absolutely love this herbal chi! It’s so rich and flavorful I can’t believe it’s not regular chi! I have been searching for a non-caffeinated chai tea for a really long time and so happy I found this! This tea tastes exactly like regular black tea chi w/o the caffeine. For anyone looking for a flavorful and robust chi w/o caffeine, this tea is for u!!! You’re going to luv it like I do!
I have been looking for a decaf chai that didn’t upset my stomach for what seems forever! A friend gave this to me for Christmas and I loved it so much I ordered two more containers! My only negative is the wish for more earth friendly packaging. I’d like the option to get it in a bag and refill my own cute containers!
The aroma alone is a lift. I have been having intestinal and sleeping issues for quite a while. This tea is such a marvelous way to lift one's spirits and to savor the richness of the spices. Since it is herbal, I can drink to my heart's delight (and my tummy's) without interfering with my sweet dreams. Have been ordering this repeatedly over several years--but so must loads of others be doing so, because it is often out of stock.
