This one is exactly what you think it is and what you want in an herbal tea when you're looking for that mulled apple cider profile. You know how you walk into certain stores at Christmas and they smell Christmasy? That's how this one smells. On the palate, the cinnamon is prominent in a way that I find pleasant and just right. There's also a general fruitiness, and a bit of candy sweetness. Overall it is nostalgically evocative of the holiday season and perfect as the weather starts to turn.
