Caffeine bothers me after about 1PM so this decaf tea is one that I can have up until bedtime. It has a crisp flavor and I use filtered water so that the chlorinated tap water doesn't interfere with the clean flavors. It is comforting with milk and honey and just right to drink all night long. The canister is perfect for keeping the tea fresh.
I was introduced to the Decaf Breakfast Tea when we were vacationing in San Antonio 3 years ago. It's my favorite with or without a little honey.
I have only used decaf tea for years. I tried this and love it. On my 9th cannister! Can drink before bed with no problems. Just wish it came in bulk!
I have probably tried at least ten decaf breakfast teas because I drink it all day long, and the caffeine was starting to affect me. This is the best, no question.
I really like the taste of this one. Yummy!
I like to blend this decaf tea with my morning English Breakfast tea, or drink it in the afternoon on its own. It's not as strong tasting as I would like it to be, so I do tend to use more than a teaspoon per cup.
I drink a lot of tea of all kinds and flavors, not only for pleasure, but also for medicinal purposes. Having tried an incredible variety of teas from a huge variety of makers and distributors, in my opinion, the Tea Forté Decaf Breakfast Tea is absolutely the best decaffeinated black tea I've ever tried. It is now a staple on my tea shelf and I am never without a back up tin. It is a rich, flavorful tea that is truly similar to the old English breakfast tea that my British grandmother made so many years ago. Since it is a loose tea, the strength can be adjusted according to individual taste. I prefer it with just a touch of cream.
I can't believe this tea is caffeine free! I love bold tea and this tea is bold and deliciously satisfying. I wish it was available by the pound or at least half pound. It makes me forget that I'm caffeine free these days.
My favorite kind of tea is english breakfast tea and I usually drink it all the time. When I was younger and had a tummy ache my grandma would always make me english breakfast tea and call it 'warm tea' and would tell me it would make me all better. Ever since I've been trying to recreate her wonderful tea! I was hoping this was it but the flavor wasnt the usual english breakfast flavor...it had a hint of clove taste or something unusual. Maybe its just the fact my grams made it with love, but this wasn't my favorite.
I recently became acquainted with this wonderful tea at an exclusive resort we recently visited in Puerto Vallarta. I'm not ordinarily a big tea drinker, but was offered this tea in the spa at the resort. I was pleasantly surprised at the mild but full tea flavor with no bitterness. I had two cups and became hooked on tea. When we got home, I researched this tea and will definitely be purchasing some.
