Rich dark chocolate and cool peppermint: a classic dessert pairing.
NOTE: While this tea is herbal, it does contain a very small amount of caffeine that naturally occurs in the cocoa husk (approximately 0.5 - 3mg caffeine per serving).
1. Heat water to 208˚F.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass and double the steep time.
I use to order this all the time, drank several cups of it a day. My most recent order smelled like green alfalfa and tasted nothing like what I used to. I called the company and they said the recipe changed. The ingredients are listed as exactly the same but buyer beware, either it's a bad batch or the new "recipe"' is awful.
Great herbal tea option. I’ve tried this with milk and without and prefer it without.
