For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 8oz glass and double the steep time.
This is a beautiful tea to serve cold over ice in clear glass mugs! Bonus is that it taste just as good as it looks!! I've only brewed it cold and can't wait to try it hot. The flavor is refreshing and oh so tasty with a side of tea biscuits! Lovely option for a mid morning treat!
I enjoy this tea most when it is chilled. It has wonderful bright pop to it, and the hibiscus doesn't overpower the other flavors, as opposed to other hibiscus teas I've had. The hue is absolutely a lovely blue-purple color, and is very rich. I like steeping it most in my glass tea kettle, and the kids are totally mesmerized at the color! I'm not usually a big fan of hibiscus teas, but this one is quite enjoyable!
I bought the bleu collection trying to find another herbal tea that I like and would purchase in loose leaf. This tasted great in the pyramid tea infuser but tasted a little different in loose form. It is still good! I like it but am looking for something herbal that packs a bit more punch.
Unlike other hibiscus teas, this is pretty bland, skip this one!!!
