Complex and assertive, black teas are the most consumed of all the teas. Black tea goes through four stages of production – withering, rolling, oxidation and drying/firing. This process results in a penetrating, intense taste and contains more caffeine than less oxidized teas. With a focus on quality, Tea Forté only seeks out small gardens dedicated to quality and sustainable practices, to protect and benefit the people and the land. Searching and sampling, Tea Forté selects large, well-shaped, leaves that are hand processed and carefully crafted, a laborious and time consuming task that requires patience and a passion for our offerings of exquisite black tea.

I like to start my day with black tea and your Rum Raisin Biscotti has become my morning favorite! It's flavors are complex with just the right amount of sweetness. Mmmm - looking forward to tomorrow morning's first cup!
I was transitioning away from flavored teas until I tried Rum Raising Biscotti. Wow! A smooth and harmonious blend with sun-ripened fruit accents over a vanilla creme base. Wish this was available all year.
This tea has such a complex flavor... Great for the holidays! I don't really think it needs sweetener since it tastes sweet on its own but it's nice with milk. I'd definitely buy it again!
This is an awesome sweet tea even without chocolate flavor. The scent of rum and barley absolutely makes me feel like I'm at a bakery. I do not think it needs more sweetner, but it tastes even better with a hint of milk, yumm :)
This tea is awesome. It gives me 'happy mouth'.
Love the idea of rum raisin biscotti" but somehow the flavor doesn't just jump out at you. You have to close your eyes and dream a little if you want to make it work.
