This was the hands-down winner for me in the herbal single steeps tea chest. It has a delicious name and lives up to it. I have only had peppermint anything for so long that I had kind of forgotten spearmint was a thing. But in this tea, in combination with the orange and the supporting cast, it's the spearmint that takes an already-great blend over the top. As sassy and fun as the name makes it sound, I am going to call this a mature blend. Refined. Some herbal teas are fun and flavorful and even sweet, others are subtle and delicate, others are cozy and humble - but this one strikes the perfect balance from a culinary standpoint. My compliments to the chef. It takes great flavors, balances them artfully, and doesn't go too far. It's that restraint that lands it right on the mark. Classy. I'm going to be ordering it by the canister now.
This is a great blend. I like teas that can be brewed strong without becoming bitter, and many herbal seem insipid to me. This and their citrus mint are the two best mint combos ever for me. The rooibos in this has a lot of flavor but does not overwhelm the mint base.
