I have had many kinds of tea in my life (in fact, I recently tried some from another tea retailer that sounded delectable but tasted so blah that I discarded them!!). Caramel nougat....this tea....this tea is the tea I wait for when it’s out of stock and immediately purchase more than I need when I’ve received the notification it’s available again. It has lovely caramelly sweet notes with hints of cocoa and vanilla. I love it with a dash of coconut milk and a teaspoon of honey. Tea Forte does amazing things with tea and although I’ve tried many of their teas-this tea is the crowning achievement!
I didn't think I would ever find a tea to rival Earl Gray, but I have! I am torn in the morning between brewing a cup of this tea and Earl Gray. I don't drink coffee but I would think that given the deep, rich flavor of this tea it would be appealing to someone who does. I don't really pick up on coconut but the caramel nougat flavor is strong, but not artificial or overpowering. I hope you like it as much as I do!
