Tea Forté accepts returns for any reason for up to 30 days from the day the items ship. For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st. You are responsible for shipping your order back to us in order to receive a refund or exchange.
How to return or exchange items
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1- 800-721-1149 to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. We do not accept returns without an RMA number! Be sure to include the name and (if appropriate) color or flavor of your item, the reason for your return, your name and phone number, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Please also include your order number if you have it available.
First and foremost, we will not rent, sell or trade your personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we will cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.
We may send occasional updates and promotional offers to your email address if you make a purchase or sign-up to our newsletter. If you wish to be permanently removed from that list please visit unsubscribe.
We collect and save mailing addresses during the order process may be used in the future to send catalogs and/or special offers. If you wish to be removed from that list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We also collect phone numbers during the order process. We use phone numbers solely in cases where an issue arises with the order that you placed.
We collect credit card information when you place an order, and use it solely to process your order. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your payment information is kept confidential. We do not retain credit card numbers for future orders and we never share any payment information with any third party, other than the credit card processing company. We will never ask for your credit card information via email or any online chat program. If someone contacts you asking for credit card information claiming to be from Tea Forte, please contact us directly at (800) 721-1149 or email@example.com to advise us of the circumstances.
We may share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners or other third parties for research purposes. In other words, we will not tell our marketing partners that you purchased a specific product, but we may tell them how many customers purchased that product.
We use web server logs and "cookies" to track user behavior on our website. We use this information to improve our website performance and track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. In the future, we may use this information to personalize your experience with our online store. However, we only analyze this data in aggregate and cannot tie browsing behavior back to individual customer names. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Tea Forte does not collect information on any person under 13 years. We ask that children do not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.
How Quickly will my order ship?
Orders ship the next business day. During peak periods such as before Thanksgiving, Christmas or Mother's Day, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship in addition to delivery times. Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders ship the same business day if placed by 1PM EST, otherwise they ship next business day. Our warehouse is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. For some parts of the country, you may not require as much lead time for Ground or SmartPost delivery. You can consult the FedEx shipping map for standard transit times. FedEx SmartPost and Ground orders ship to RESIDENTIAL addresses Monday-Saturday. Commercial addresses will ship Monday-Friday only. FedEx SmartPost orders are delivered by USPS.
Shipping within the United States
Tea Forté offers Ground,SmartPost (delivered by USPS), 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services, all provided by FedEx. we offer USPS Priority Mail in some states. Orders shipping to APO/FPO use USPS Priority Mail and PO Boxes only have the option of using FedEx SmartPost for delivery. Free Shipping for purchases over $50 only applies to the lower 48 contiguous states via FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Ground. Please allow 2-5 business days for overall delivery time when shipping FedEx Standard Ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries using FedEx SmartPost.

Shipping within Canada
We ship consolidated ground shipments to Canada on Thursday via Canada PuroPost. This allows us to process all orders through Canadian Customs and ensure that you do not have any unanticipated import costs. Orders must be placed by 6pm on Wednesday to ensure your shipment leaves our warehouse on Thursday

Calculating Shipping Rates & Sales Tax
We calculate shipping rates based on the subtotal of your order (after applying promotional discount codes) and the postal code of your shipping address. Tea Forté is required to collect sales tax on orders from CA, FL, WI, MA and WA. Due to new regulations, Tea Forté must charge a Canadian HST rate of 12%. Sales tax only applies to our gift sets and tea accessories.
