How to redeem


Be sure you are signed into your account in the upper right of the page. Then, on the Shopping Bag page, click the link “Tea Forté Rewards”, located next to the “CHECKOUT NOW” button.

Enter the amount of Rewards dollars you want to use to the "Enter Balance" field.

Click the "APPLY" button. Your Rewards will be deducted from the Subtotal.

Frequently Asked Questions

I placed an order but didn't get any rewards...what went wrong?

Before placing an order, be sure to sign in to your Tea Forté Account by clicking on the "SIGN IN" link at the top right corner of any webpage. Once signed in, the link will change to "MY ACCOUNT" and your first name. Now you can begin earning your rewards.

How do I use or redeem my Tea Forté Rewards?

Be sure you are signed into your Tea Forté Account to earn rewards and view your balance. To apply Rewards, go to the Shopping Bag page and click the link “Tea Forté Rewards”, located just above the “CHECKOUT NOW” button. Type in the amount of rewards dollars you wish to use, and click the “APPLY” button. Use all your rewards at once, or just a little, it's up to you.

I placed an order but don't see My Tea Forté Rewards. When will I receive them in my account?

Rewards dollars will be added to your account once the order has successfully shipped.

How do I view my Forte Rewards?

Sign in to your Tea Forté Account and view your Rewards Balance at the top right corner of any webpage. You can also click the My Tea Forté Rewards tab within your Account Page to see your balance and view your rewards history.

I have multiple Tea Forté Accounts - how do I consolidate the accounts?

  • Rewards will show up in your account after your order is uploaded to our warehouse for processing.

  • Rewards are not retroactive.

  • Rewards may be used to purchase any eligible product from the website.

  • You may apply any amount of your Rewards balance to your order, provided the balance of your order after the savings is no lower than $0.00.

  • Rewards savings do not apply to taxes and shipping.

  • Orders placed through other retail locations/websites are not eligible for Rewards savings.
