Flash chill by pouring over ice.
1 Ceylon Gold Tea-Over-Ice infuser
¼ - ½ cup of sugar
sprigs of fresh mint
Small top pitcher
- Muddle 2-3 springs of mint
- Add Ceylon Gold Tea-Over-Ice Infuser and fill with heated water
- Add up to ½ cup sugar
- Steep infuser for 5 minutes, stir well until sugar is dissolved
Large bottom pitcher
- Fill with ice
- Pour contents of small pitcher into bottom pitcher
- Serve in tall iced-filled glass and garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.
* Limiting sugar to ¼ cup may be best for sweet tea novices.
Makes 2-3 servings
Sweet Southern Iced Tea Anyone?
Excellent tea. Makes a pitcher of the best Southern Iced Tea with the Amber Rock Sugar. Mama would be proud to taste my tea with Iced Ceylon Gold. So smooth going down on a hot Arizona day. You will never go back to the regular black tea sold in the grocery store.

BEST ICED TEA YOU WILL EVER TASTE
My daughter gave me the Ceylon Gold tea and the duel pitchers for my birthday. This has got to be the best iced tea that I have ever tasted, and I have tasted a lot of teas. Our Kosher teas are certified by KOF-K. You may download a printable certificate. In general, tea that isn’t pure tea (because it contains other ingredients) is difficult or impossible to certify as Kosher, though we strive to certify every blend.
Our USDA Organic teas are certified Organic by the USDA. Our production facility is certified by IMO-Switzerland, a USDA accredited certification agent. We are striving to source every possible tea and ingredient from organic farms. More teas will be certified Organic in the future.
The caffeine level in a cup of tea can vary by tea type, steeping practices and even the particular tea harvest. We use the following designations as guidelines for the caffeine levels of our teas:
Robust, high caffeine teas; 50-100mg
Lower caffeine teas with shorter steeping times; 30-50mg
Tea/herbal blends with less than 30mg
Decaf tea retains a tiny amount of caffeine
Herbal teas are 100% caffeine free
These steeping guidelines produce the best results for our palates. Use them as a guideline, but you may certainly experiment and find the best results for yours.
