Herbal teas, technically speaking, are not true teas as they are not a product of the Camellia sinensis plant. They are properly referred to as "tisanes" or infusions, crafted from dried herbs, flowers, leaves, roots, seeds and fruit. Like tea, herbal infusions have been consumed for centuries as healing tonics to lift the spirit and enhance well-being. Our Herbal blends are hand crafted with artisan care and a vast knowledge of how theantioxidant properties and therapeutic applications ofpure, fresh herbs, flowers, and botanicals, deliver delicious healthful infusions that can delight both mind and body.

Wonderful Autumn Flavor
This tea is an excellent autumn blend; the ratio of apples, berries and spices is just right for a mid-weight cup of tea. The flavors all sit very well on top of the rooibos base.

Just when I thought herbal tea couldn't get better than Apricot Amaretto, this come along. It's like drinking candy.

Love this tea
Its like having a warm piece of apple pie without the calories. I've been drinking it every night for dessert and I don't even need sugar which is a first for me. Would love this tea in a canister that would be awesome!!

One of the very best I have tasted! The apple flavor really comes through without being overpowered by the cinnamon... I have many "favorites" but this tops the list...will have to stock up to get me through to spring !

If autumn had a flavor, it would be Harvest Apple Spice. Upon drinking this tea I was infused with a blissful warmth. Apple with cinnamon is such a comforting taste combination, and in this tea it is blended perfectly so that the cinnamon flavor compliments the apple flavor without overpowering it. Harvest Apple Spice is my number one tea for fall, but I'll definitely be drinking it all year round! Delicious!!

The caffeine level in a cup of tea can vary by tea type, steeping practices and even the particular tea harvest. We use the following designations as guidelines for the caffeine levels of our teas:
Robust, high caffeine teas; 50-100mg
Lower caffeine teas with shorter steeping times; 30-50mg
Tea/herbal blends with less than 30mg
Decaf tea retains a tiny amount of caffeine
Herbal teas are 100% caffeine free
These steeping guidelines produce the best results for our palates. Use them as a guideline, but you may certainly experiment and find the best results for yours.
