Silkroad Chai - Contains Caffeine
1 Lemongrass Mint infuser
1½ oz bourbon
2 oz ginger beer
fresh mint
- Place infuser in glass.
- Pour bourbon over infuser and steep to desired strength.
- Muddle fresh mint in rocks glass with ice, follow with infused bourbon.
- Top off with ginger beer.

1½ oz vodka
3 oz pear nectar
1 fresh pear
- Place infuser in glass.
- Pour vodka over infuser and steep to desired strength.
- Mix or shake infused vodka, pear nectar and ice vigorously.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with infuser and pear slice if desired.

- Place infuser in a double old fashioned glass.

- Place infuser in glass.
- Pour vodka over infuser and steep to desired strength.
- Add simple syrup, light cream and ice.

½ oz French orange liqueur
½ oz lemon lime soda
- Place infuser in glass.

- Combine infused tequila and French orange liqueur in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously.
- Add salt on the rim of rocks glass.
- Pour mixture into glass and fill with lemon lime soda.

- Strain into desired glass. Garnish with infuser if desired.

½ oz French orange liqueur
1 ½ oz white cranberry juice
splash of fresh lime juice
1 fresh lemon (optional garnish)
- Place infuser in glass.
- Pour vodka over infuser and steep to desired strength.
- Mix infused vodka, French orange liqueur, cranberry juice, lime juice and shake vigorously with ice.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with infuser and lemon peel if desired.

- Place infuser in glass.

- Strain into Collins glass and top off with club soda; garnish with a fresh lavender flower

- Combine infused vodka and peach nectar into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously.

- Garnish with infuser if desired.

2 oz coconut flavored rum
2 oz lemonade
½ oz fresh lime juice
- Place infuser in glass.
- Pour rum over infuser and steep to desired strength.
- Combine infused rum, lime juice, lemonade into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously.
- Strain into three shot glass.
- Garnish if desired.

- Add ice and stir 7 times (be careful not to break up ice).

turn ordinary rum into something special
we enjoyed the lemongrass mint infusion very much. i infused 3 oz. rum for 10 minutes, poured the results into a cocktail shaker with ice and added 4 oz. organic lemonade. after shaking vigorously decanted it into martini glasses. very delicious and a nice beginning to a special evening.
